Snyte Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 10, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Snyte business intelligence platform. Customer use is also subject to any signed order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, and security addendum between the parties.
1. Service Use
Customers may use Snyte to connect approved data sources, run analytics workflows, generate reports, configure alerts, and manage organization-level decision intelligence. Customers are responsible for the data they connect and for ensuring that their users have lawful rights to access that data.
2. Accounts and Administration
Organization administrators manage users, permissions, alert rules, retention preferences, decision thresholds, and privacy-aware session context settings. Customers must keep account credentials secure and promptly revoke access when users no longer require the Service.
3. Customer Data
Customer Data remains the property of the Customer. Snyte processes Customer Data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, or as otherwise instructed by Customer and permitted by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
Customers and users must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate laws, or use Snyte to process data they are not authorized to process. Additional restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Availability and Support
Availability, support, service credits, and implementation obligations are governed by the applicable order form or service agreement. Public documentation is not a substitute for a signed commercial agreement.
6. Changes
Snyte may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes should be communicated through reasonable customer-facing channels.
